BIG MOUNTAINS, BIG SKIES, BIG WATERS! THAT IS WHAT I DO!
I am not here to tame or conquer - I am here to connect.
Capturing nature and open spaces is the essense of my work. For me, mountain and water environments are where it's at! On the journey I explore and the spaces in between, those filled with interesting plants, rocks, flowers and wildlife.
Being in these environments evokes in me a palpable sense of awe and reverence. These are bold and often harsh environments that are difficult to access and capture. Along the way I am always thinking to myself - how incredible is this, that nature is this beautiful.
I am forever grateful that these places are protected from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Being in them I am afforded some relaxation, peace and quiet, something I am here to share with you. Being in them I often feel a sense of awe and inspiration, something I am also here to share with you.
